NO IT'S NOT ZERO.

It's SUB-Zero.

He's a clone of Zero,added with Ratcicle and Battler's DNA.Backup plan made by Cortex after failure of controlling Zero.

The Battler DNA adds the sharp blade wings,and adds the potential of wind power to make up for not having Light and dark bonus that Zero has.

Ratcicle DNA adds Ice powers that can combine with his wind powers to create howling blizzards that will freeze all and Ice blades.Since Cortex rushed on the Ratcicle DNA it wasn't properly controllable so Sub-Zero has partly ice encrusted fur and wings.

More story coming on.
